Work Safety Vests

Work safety vests aren't necessarily going to protect your workers if something were to fall on them, but it will make them visible to other workers and to traffic. Whether your workers are working at a job site during the day or at night, having a bright safety vest will make them much more visible to everyone around them and will help keep them as safe as possible. Essentially, if they are caught three times without a hard hat then they will be temporarily suspended. 

Work Boots

Steel-toed work boots are a bit expensive for your construction workers to buy on their own but they are a must. These boots have steel toes on them that will protect a worker's toes from getting broken if something were to fall on them. The great thing about steel-toed boots is that they are leather on the outside, have solid bottoms, and can last several years.
